Kingsway Wealth is operated by Torus Management Consultancy LLC, which is responsible for the details you send us. For anything about your details, email hello@kingswaywealth.co.uk.

This website has no enquiry form of its own. If you use the enquiry or partnership form on the Kingsway Brokerage website, your enquiry goes to the central Kingsway team and is handled under that website’s privacy notice. Our links to that form tell Kingsway Brokerage only which Kingsway website you came from, as a short code; they carry nothing about you.

Enquiries made through that form, and any email enquiry we record, are kept in Zoho CRM, the customer records system Torus Management Consultancy LLC uses for the Kingsway brands, in Zoho’s data centre in the United Arab Emirates.

We do not ask for balances, investments, pension details, tax records, identity documents or financial statements. Please don’t include them in your message.

We rely on our legitimate interests in replying to enquiries, managing our relationship with you and keeping this website secure; on steps you ask us to take, such as setting up the call you asked for; and on legal obligations for the records we must keep. Sending an enquiry is not consent to marketing: we don’t add you to marketing, and you can object to direct marketing at any time.

Only the people who handle enquiries for Kingsway services. These services share one customer system. We don’t pass your details to a specialist firm unless you agree, and we don’t sell them.

Cloudflare hosts this website. Zoho records your enquiry (Zoho CRM) and holds our email (Zoho Mail).

Our systems may be operated or accessed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and the United Arab Emirates; our customer system and email are held in Zoho’s UAE data centre. Where UK transfer rules apply, we use the relevant adequacy arrangement or contractual safeguards and complete any required transfer assessment. You can ask us which safeguard applies to a particular transfer.

We normally keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you. Records of an introduction, a service, a contract, invoicing or commission may be kept for six years. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record for as long as we need to respect that. Security logs follow our hosting provider’s standard retention period.

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking. Cloudflare, which hosts it, may use a strictly necessary security cookie to protect it from automated abuse.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, ask us to limit how we use them or to give you a copy, and object to how we use them. To make a request, email hello@kingswaywealth.co.uk. We reply without undue delay, and normally within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, please tell us at the same address. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
